install MC8775 in dell xps m1330
finnaly, i can solve this problem (firstly modem internal MC 8775 not supported in dell XPS M1330). This step i can solve
- Default XPS M1330 have bios version A09, in dell site that bios version A03 ++ (higher than A03) not supported WWAN except product from dell. So, this solve is downgrade your bios to A02 version. this version can download in here (download bios A02 version)
- please check in bios, that this hardware is detected. Install driver modem MC8775 ”HP hs2300 HSDPA Broadband Wirelles Module” driver can download in hp site. this driver name “sp36889.exe“
- install “Sierra Wireless Watcher”, can download in sierrawirelles site.
- setting profil simcard
- this modem ready to use
